USN CLA 1000 Softgels 45 Caps

CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) is an omega-6 fatty acid. It occurs naturally in a variety of foods such as beef, turkey, and some dairy products. Research suggest that CLA enhances fat loss and increases lean body mass. These studies suggest that a diet consisting of as little as 0.5% CLA has a significant effect. It reduces the storage of fat by inhibiting the transport of fat from the blood into the fat cells (blocks lipoprotein lipase).

CLA also increases the activity of hormone sensitive lipases, which result in the breakdown of stored fat. As CLA makes more fat available for energy the body is able to spare glycogen and therefore enhance endurance performance.
