Morning:
Take 15-20 drops of Milk Thistle Complex, 10-15 drops of Solidago Complex and 10-20 drops of Calendula Complex in a small amount of water or fruit juice before your breakfast. Take 2 Frangula Complex tablets with your breakfast.

During the day:
Make sure you drink at least 1.5 litres of still water over the course of the day.

Evening:
Repeat the morning doses.

Calendula Complex
Contains the tinctures of:  fresh Calendula officinalis* (Marigold) flowers 40%, fresh Viola tricolor* (Wild Pansy) herb 30%, fresh Echinacea purpurea* (Purple Coneflower) herb 28%, fresh Echinacea purpurea* (Purple Coneflower) root 2%.

Each tablet contains: Frangula alnus (Alder Buckthorn) dried bark, Fumaria officinalis (Fumitory) dried herb, Cascara sagrada (Californian Buckthorn) dried bark, Urtica dioica (Stinging Nettle) dried roots, leaf and rhizomes, Silybum marianum (Milk Thistle) dried ripe fruit and Aloe barbadenis (Aloe Vera) dried leaf. Excipients: Croscarmellose Sodium, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silica to 450mg.

Milk Thistle Complex
Contains the tinctures of: fresh Cynara scolymus* (Artichoke) leaves 46%, Silybum marianum (Milk Thistle) dried fruit 32%, fresh Taraxacum officinalis* (Dandelion) herb and root 12%, Peumus boldus (Boldo) dried leaf 7% and fresh Mentha piperita* (Peppermint) leaves 3%.

Solidago Complex
Contains the tincture of: fresh Solidago virgaurea* (Golden Rod) herb 69%, Betula pendula (Birch) leaves 18%, fresh Ononis spinosa (Restharrow) herb 7% and Equisetum arvense (Horsetail) herb 6%.
Alcohol content: (61% v/v).
