Prices

All prices on this website are shown in UK pounds Stirling.  They include VAT but exclude delivery charges. 

Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable you will be given the option of choosing an alternative.  Further to this, there may be occasions when a price change, or delivery charge changes after your order has been placed and accepted.  In this case, we will notify you by email and give you the option of cancelling, or accepting the price change.  

We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.

We accept payment by Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, JCB, and Maestro. Payment is deducted when we process your order.

Please make sure you keep the receipt of your purchase. 

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We endeavour to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition. Any damaged parcels or breakages must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt of the goods.

Returns Policy

Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned with the original box and packing with the seal intact, if the seal is broken you will not be able to return your products. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned.  You will need to show proof of purchase.  Please note that we cannot accept refunds for goods that were a special order to your specification. Goods must be returned within 28 days of purchase. 

Adverse Reactions

If you experience any reaction you should stop using the product immediately.  Please contact us and we will give you details of the manufacturer.  It is at the manufactures digression as to weather they issue you with a refund or replacement. 

Delivery

Delivery is provided by Royal Mail’s standard 3-5 day service.  Occasionally we may use other providers for delivery.  We only deliver within the EU.

Upon receipt of goods purchased you agree to read all product information accompanying products thoroughly and agree to note the contraindications and doses.

Natura Medica use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on this web site but Natura Medica makes no warranties or representations of any kind as to its accuracy, currency or completeness.
